Portable Dance Floor Hire

Our dance floors not only feature a dazzling effect but also provide an elegant platform for your guests to converge on and dance the night away.

 

We understand that everyone has different tastes, colour schemes, and ideas for their event or wedding. That's why we offer not only white and black starlit dance floors but also plain white dance floors and chequered black/white dance floor styles.

 

All of our dance floors undergo a rigorous cleaning process before being sent out for installation. They will be delivered safely and orderly at a time of your choosing. Additionally, Cosmic Events holds full PAT certification and has public liability insurance covering all of our dance floor installations. Each booking can also include underfloor protection if required by your chosen venue.

  • 20ft X 20ft - £595

If you require a larger floor or bespoke vinyl decals, please contract our team for a tailored quotation to your requirements. 

 

All prices are inclusive of VAT.​ Please note a 30% first payment is required to secure a booking and subject to travel costs, if not added to one of our DJ Packages. 

Unless you specify otherwise (and please note that there is no extra charge for an early setup), we typically schedule the installation of your dance floor in the afternoon. This timing ensures that your booking is well-prepared for the commencement of your evening celebrations by 6pm. If you have any preferences regarding the installation time, please let us know, and we'll be more than happy to accommodate your earlier set up time request.

FAQs

Do you require a deposit to secure a dance floor? A 30% deposit is required to secure the hire date. The remaining amount is the due no later than 7 days before your hire date.

What areas do you cover ? Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Sussex & London.

How long does it take to set up? With good access to your desired installation location usually takes us around 40 minutes.

Do you do deals if we were to hire more items or services? Of course! - Please contact our events team for further information.

Can Cosmic assist with any event planning ? Of course! - We have our own in house dedicated events managers who will be more than happy to help. Please contact us for further information.

How Much deposit do you require to secure the date? A 30% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance can be paid at your convenience, as long as it is received no later than 7 days before your event.

Do you accept credit cards? Indeed! We accept all major credit and debit cards.
